Our beautiful yoga studio offers infrared heat, hard wood floors, tons of natural light, and a great location. Classes include Various Styles of Yoga, Cycling, Hot Yoga, Kettlebells, HIIT, Pilates, Barre, Mobility, Strength Training, Group Training, and Personal Sessions.

Other offerings include Sip & Stretch Parties for small groups (great for a bachelorette parties or other groups) and Yoga Retreats (up to 10 people) at a beautiful countryside location (includes food or drinks). Please email or call with questions about Sip & Stretch or the Yoga Retreats.
