November Schedule!

We have some awesome new additions to our schedule!!! Check it out on the Mindbody App:

New Classes!! 

*4:30pm Monday – Ashtanga Fusion w/ Clarissa

*6:45pm Monday – Slow Flow Yoga w/ Clarissa 

*6:45pm Tuesday – Heated Gentle Yoga w/ Karen

*8:30am Friday – Cycling (30min) w/ Rebecca (time change from 10am) 

*5:30pm Friday – Strength w/ Lindsey 

*Saturday Ashtanga Yoga will have a 1 or 2 hour option starting November 10th.
